I downloaded a modelled weather data from ESGF database for SSP scenarios from the Sixth assessment report by IPCC. I would like to downscale them to higher resolution because I would like to assess a climate change at smaller scales in Central Europe.

I found some "simple" statistical downscaling methods, e.g. using weather generators to simulate synthetic weather time series or interpolating raw GCM data with applying a bias correction methods.

I am interested in dynamical downscaling using regional climate models. However, I am new to this sort of things and I cannot find any free RCMs for Windows OS to downscale GCM data. Can anyone set me to correct direction please? Or does any database of already downscaled data for SSP scenarios exist (similar to CORDEX database which currently offer "only" the RCP scenarios for download)? Thank you very much.
