Our old but not to old DynaPro Plate reader I does not work anymore and Wyatt does not want to investigate the problem as the instrument is 10 years old. We have the money to pay them but they really do not want to loose time on it...
We would like to know if some of you know DLS instruments that are compatible with the measurement of several conditions (at least 30 conditions) in parallel. Of course the goal is to find a company that is able to do a maintenance.

There's a plate reader for the Malvern Zetasizer:

but you'd have to buy it and a Zetasizer.
Why not look for a used DynaPro plate reader from a surplus lab supply company?

Thank you for your answer.
Unfortunately this model is not adapted to our configuration. I work with small volumes (20-30 µl) and I repeat measurements each hour overninght to monitor the aggregation formation.
The configuration of the platereader from Wyatt is well adapted but their policy to not coming to repair the device is stopping us..
Depending on the type of fault your workshop or an experienced technician may be able to do the repair w/o involving the company. After all, you can't lose the warranty ;-)
