Actually here I have 2 questions, one is for IP experiments, and another is for cell isolation. And both are about the choice of beads.
Question 1: What bead is better for IP? Dynabead from Invitrogen or Agarose bead?
Question 2: What bead is better for primary cell isolation? Dynabead from Invitrogen or Microbead from Miltenyi.
Of course, the protocols are different.

1.Best for IP from Invitrogen are simple and best results.
2. primary cell isolation Miltenyi biotech beads is best .I used both. I strongly recommend for Miltenyl Biotech
From our lab experience, the Miltenyi beads work very well for primary cell isolation, such as for mesothelial and endothelial cells from human origin.
Ravichandran Panchanathan Can I please ask you, why exactly do you say that Miltenyi Microbeads are better for primary cell isolation, e.g. whether you gained higher number of cells? I am deciding which of these systems to use... Thanks a lot!
