During preparation of gelatin nanoparticles, do the particles stick to the bottom of the apparatus?

I am trying to synthesize gelatin nanoparticles by two step and one step desolvation process. The particles get stick to the bottom of the vial in which I am synthesizing. Is this a normal case or I am making a mistake somewhere?

Dear Himanshu,

You have not clearly mentioned that, the particles get stick to bottom of vial are easily recoverable or not, If sticky particles adhered to each other and form stick mass. It is problem with method, formulation contents etc., Just check it and proceed.
