Try TH, CGRP, Nefh, GFRA2, SST, NF1–NF5, NP1, PEP1-PEP2-NP2.

Its important to know, when is the protein developmentally expressed? In your case - the earlier the better.

Its a big field, and there are many subtypes of neurons.

Hello, Lee O Vaasjo, Thank you for your valuable suggestion. I will be doing ICC in cultured DRG neurons. I have tried the NFH and CGRP and in both cases, I got good staining at the projections and Cell body respectively.

Interestingly, I observed that NFH does not give proper staining with early-stage DRG neuron. Because when I cultured the early stage DRG at E12/13 stage I got poor staining of NFH while CGRP was prominent. However, in the case of late case of P1 PUPS DRG culture, I got the very prominent stain of NFH throughout the projection along with CGRP in the cell body. I suppose NFH is a mature marker. Could you please give remarks on it.
