I keep getting this kind of CV and DPV curves. The DPV does seem like having a plateau instead of a smooth peak.
(1) What could be the cause of this?
(2) If I use the DPV peak to compare different concentrations, would that be valid in a peer-reviewed article?
I changed the scan rate from 0.01 V/s to 0.25 V/s (my potentiostat max), but could not find a sharp and short peak anywhere.
Another question is, (3) I feel like increasing the scan rate more could help me get the sharp peak, am I wrong to think that way?
