Im going to do Mitochondrial membrane targetting of breast cancer cell by using nanoparticles. I saw many papers but they didnt mention what concentration of NPs to use? can u suggest me what conc of NPs will i use?

Have you gone through this research article? If not, then this article will provide you information about the concentration of NPs you can use (approximate).
You will have to optimize the concentration of your nanoparticles keeping in mind the range used in invitro experiments.
