It is isolated from a sick pig. We cultured it on blood agar and chocolate agar, which the colony shape like a wax drops(see picture). The16srRNA sequence analyses indicate that it is Bacilluslicheniformis. Is it right?
Please , you do arginine test for the isolate . It gave positive result It's B.licheniformis 100%
I'm thinkin about doing the biochemistry test. I will show the results here.
