Here are the ITO material parameters and the Drude model I found in an article, but I don't know how to import these parameters correctly into Ansys lumerical FDTD.The attached picture shows the parameters

As I can see you have an expertise in photonics and help a lot of people that I appreciate. But, I noticed that you answer question not in English, even if a question was asked in English. It requires for each reader to translate your answer and sometimes the translation is not 100% correct.
