Hi, We have developed a microfluidic technology(Article Multi-sample deformability cytometry of cancer cells
) to measure the deformability of cancer cells. We are interested to measure the deformability of organotropic breast cancer cell lines. Our hypothesis is beside the molecular variations deformability may have a contribution in selecting specific organs as host for metastasis. I found these three cell lines in the literature and emailed the authors but they are not responding.
