Hello! I'm editing a meta-analysis that states: "Multivariate adjusted risk estimates (OR or HR values) were collected for all single studies by using the dominance ratio (OR) and its corresponding 95% confidence interval (CI) as a general measure of the association between..."

I haven't seen before the term "dominance ratio" being applied as a measure of combined OR and HR estimates, and OR conventionally refers to odds ratio. Can somebody clarify if this is correct, or hint at the intended meaning?

Thank you,

Victor
