Disorder in some films develops Weak localization in the system and reduces the conductivity. 'Kaveh and Mott' has provided the quantum correction to the conductivity.

In physical sense is it like the weak localization has formed conducting channels in the system with dimension much smaller then the actual dimension. Hence the resistivity increased?
