Do you think that your unauthenticity score, (based on Plagiarism) generated being the software, will go up if you upload a working paper on a website and submit a revised version to a journal ?
Yes, I believe it so. It depends on the user, if the check is conducted by the journal, they will know the author's identity, so they might exclude the match from the test. If their policy regards this case as an auto-plagiarism, they might still include the match in the (un)originality test.
However, if the one conducting the test is the reviewers, they don't know your identity, thus they might suspect plagiarism or at least they will know the author's identity from the test.
