Recently, I learnt that review articles get more citations...
So, if editors publishers 5 to 8 review articles, their journal's impact factor will be high.... IJMR has high impact factor for same reason. AMJ editor has high no of citations because of citations for his 3 review articles...
J of Mgmt published several review articles in the past and their impact factor is high for the same reason.

It depends. If the review article is written in a comprehensive way, including a current topic, I consider, from my experience, that there are a lot of possibilities to get more citations. In any case, the quality of an article always matters.

Yes because it has indepth way of referencing many studies with various mechanistic studies thus give room for citing them to back up claims in research articles.
