Hi! I would like to analyze which peptides are presented on the MHC class I of a parasite-infected cell line. After I infect the adherent cells I need to remove them from the culture flask and subsequently lyse them and isolate the MHC-peptide complexes. In the step to remove the cells from the flask, could I use Trypsin-EDTA to remove the cells? Or would this interfere with the MHC class I - peptide complexes?
