Hi,
I have to collect fish, blend it, dry it and send it to a laboratory in order to have analysis of the fish composition.
I need a whole fish, and I was wondering if there is a method to prepare it properly? I have thought of mixing it, then putting it in a steriliser at 60°C then wait for the water to evaporate.
However I am afraid that the result won't be as good as expected (I will probably have a paste that will not dry well).
Any advice or recommandation?
