The method for applying post-structural discourse analysis will involve the same steps and approach as a thematic analysis. However, it will additionally reference the existing applicable social contexts, both within and outside of the interview process, as well as highlight any themes and usage of language that may represent, or be symbols of, powerful differentials.

I think you have to clarify what your mean by post-structural discourse analysis. Discourse analysis is nearer to pragmatics, thematic analysis nearer to semantics. Your additional elements are not strong enough to mark that shift.
Do you mean that you want use Foucault as a reference for making some discourse analysis?

Most versions of thematic analysis (e.g., Braun & Clarke, 2006) rely on coding, so an obvious issue is how a post-structural discourse analysis approach would intersect with the coding process. One option would be to contribute codes, which could be present in your coding system from the beginning.
A very different option would be to think of the thematic analysis as a way of producing a certain kind of results (i.e., patterns in the data as revealed by coding), and then use post-structural discourse analysis as a way of interpreting those results.
