How do I find the kinetics for the neutralization reaction of glutamic acid and sodium Hydroxide?

The over all reaction is C5H9NO4 + NaOH --> C5H8NO4Na + H2O. I am trying to design an ASPEN simulation with a stream feed of 82 MT glutamic acid and 22 MT sodium hydroxide. This produces 10 MT water and 95 MT monosodium glutamate.
