Since color code are not specified its difficult to predict which one is control (without template). However, in all the reactions, peak can be seen, if control reaction was also included in this curve, then it has primer dimer for sure.

Ejaj Pathan thanks for your response, a control was not included. I was under the impression because there are no peaks to the left of the target amplificon there are no primer dimer.
