Today`s world is much advanced in every field due to the hard work of those who think, analyze and act accordingly. The educational institutions are producing millions of graduates each year, but Harvard is still the best. Its graduates are welcomed by the employers. On the other hand, the unemployment rate is increasing.  Employers are preferred skilled and competent professionals.  Unfortunately, the level of skill and competence of the graduates from many institutions do not meet the employers` requirements. So the degrees are not helping the graduates to secure jobs.

In my opinion, the learning outcomes of the program may be developed according to the latest market requirements. These ILOs should be translated to the Course and Lecture ILOs to ensure that market needs are met and the graduates are skilled enough to work in their respective field immediately after graduation. under the circumstances, just a degree or knowledge can not be preferred over skills. Skills are therefore more important than a Degree.
