It is clear that they do. The boom in infocommunication has already changed the societies forever and is constantly reforming the whole social structure of the world. The real question is how could we cooperate with the changes on the long term, as an individual, as a micro, or macro group and even as a race.

Information Technologies (IT) do impact people's social behavior through the following (not exhausted list):
In a globalized society with various degrees of development in the spheres of information and technology, individuals have turned into compulsive users of modern technologies because they are available and there is an irresistible urge to use them.Willy nilly, such an exposure has a powerful influence on their behaviors. For instance, they pull out their cell phones in most unlikely venues so that their personal lives are available on a public level as never before.

I think it does. I see a lot of young people abandoning meeting with their friends becsuse they can communicate virtually. They are also less interested in traveling, meeting new people and cultures...

Firstly, one must be very careful to define what is meant by "technology". Despite the popular use of the term today to refer to things like mobile phones, at the theoretical level, it's much more than "gizmos" or machines or, as I've used in my research, "artefacts". It includes, among many other things, the knowledge inherent in the artefacts and the way work is organised in association with the artefacts. An important underlying theoretical concept in study of the human-technology interface is "Deus ex machina".
In my opinion, your question is much too broad for a reasoned response, not just because of the above, but also in relation to the other key term in your question, "people's social behaviour".
Anyway, why seek "opinion" when there's plenty of published research on this broad topic area.
Yes, the question can go oposite direction. New tehnology can bring people connecting easier.
Yes technology has changed people's social behavior either positively or negatively it depends on how you want to analyze it.
Looking at social behavior change positively, technology has made world look like one small village, you can easily learn other people's cultures through you tube videos without visiting those countries and these learning does reduce culture shock. It has made interaction among different people across the globe much easier.
Obviously, it change. We are exposing our own life to everybody. We do things for the others. We don´t enjoy the time together, always looking at the phone. For a lot of people, technology, especially social media is like a drug.

Social media not only changes the social behavior of humans but also effects his communication with his beloved ones, and damages his mental conditions, as he use to share the posts on social media and in deed he does not act on any good deed.

Yes, People change accordingly with the technology -change. A feel of pride comes automatically.
Yeah, with smartphones people think more smarter with the internet in one's hand.
Smartphones has its own advantages and disadvantages.
Disadvantages are life / health threatening in a prolong use of smartphones.
People think it changes a social status, but the fact is that one can communicate faster and connecting people.
Yet few people still go with traditional old technology and do not want to adapt new technologies.
Old technologies are tedious and time consuming.
New technologies are faster and easier to handle the unstructured data with more secure.
