Does targeting soluble protofibrils of amyloid beta plaques produce any effect on the insoluble sections of the plaques?

Based on the results of phase 2 trial of experimental anti-amyloid drug BAN2401, I was wondering if the positive effect of this antibody on dissolving the fibrils and reducing the cumulative amyloid load has any residual outcome on the surrounding insoluble plaques.
