No. We don't add ATP. It's not contained in the dNTPs. All the necessary energy comes from the hydrolysis of the dNTP phosphates, as each is being added to the new DNA strand.
In vivo, you may have ATP consumption during DNA replication, such as by unwinding helicases and other accessory factors. But none of that is part of PCR. DNA melting energy in PCR comes from heat cycling.
