Stevia a natural sweetener plant containing glycosides. Are the glycoside containing sugar fermentable?
It seems that only some microbe can do it at a limited rate
sir can you please explain the reason behind this fermentation difficulties and percentage of sugar contain?

Stevia is not like sugar beet or cane... it has no fermentable sugar in it
it has non fermentable calori free natural sweetner which makes it different from sugar.
