Is there any marker to identify the origin or source of animal body fat (cow, buffalo, goat etc., ) or milk fat (Butter, Ghee)?

How to test - whether a particular body fat is from cow or buffalo or pig or goat? is there any test or marker to confirm that it is derived from animal body fat or it is derived from milk source?
