I'm working with high night temperature in rice. In some articles I find a range of 20-200 nmol g-1 fw and others a range of 2-50 nmol g-1 fw. Are these ranges correct?

SOD activities of all examined genotypes. However it was found that thermo‐tolerant genotypes had less increase in MDA contents and more increase in SOD activities under heat stress , indicating the genetic difference in the response of lipid peroxidation to high temperature . It may be assumed that the change of both MDA content and SOD activity can be used as indicators in genotypic evaluation of heat‐stress tolerance .While the change of POD activity was not closely associated with tolerance of heat stress .
