Does someone have a BLOSUM62 matrix with all identities (the diagonal elelments) having the same value (i.e. (A,A) = (R,R) ) for example ) ?

Or maybe someone can tell me how to compute such a matrix starting with the native BLOSUM62 ? There are many blosum62 matrices at NCBI but none of them have "normalized" diagonal elements. An old PAM exists, having a value of 3.5 for all identities, but it is too crude, making R and H the same as F and Y...
