Does somebody have a good and easy protocol to prepare samples from arthritic Knee condyles to Mass-Spectometry Analyses?

We want to sent to MS-analyses human arthritis knee cartilages to identify proteins from several parts. We would need a easy and good protocol to isolate proteins for MS.
