Does some have ever treated primary hepatocytes or immortaliyed hepatocytes with Thioacetamide (TAA) in cell culture?

I am studing TAA induced fibrosis in mice and i also want to analyze effect n cell in vitro. Can anyone guide me how could i do it and what genes or parameters i should check in cells after TAA treatment?

I am focused on a transcription factor that is induced in mice liver after TAA treatment. I have hepatocyte specific knock in mice for this transcription factor. I want to study it also at cellular level in hepatocytes
