M200 from LifeTech has glucose, in confidential concentration :-)

You could try writing LifeTech or Invitrogen and ask them if they tell you since you need it for glucose tests.

I think you can grow HUVECs also in DMEM plus growth factors and 2% FBS. And DMEM is easily purchased without glucose, pyruvate and glutamine. Id try first a proliferation assay with DMEM plus factors against M200 plus factors.

Thank you very much Virginia for the tip and it came right on time, as I was struggling trying to get the glucose concentration from Invitrogen but they refused to disclose any information about the product.
