Agree with Julio...No its not possible because you will only suppress translation of mRNA or degrade mRNA via RNAi machinery but at genomic level that gene is the same as it was before introduction of siRNA and soon as siRNA will get exhausted its effect will be lost in the mice itself. In case of progeny it will get the only the genetic material of parents not siRNA. In case of C.elegans dsRNA mediated silencing passed on to progeny but it happens due to epigenetic changes which are inheritable to the progeny but this system does not work on rodents and mammals.
