I would like to know, if some work has been done to explore the evidence of HR Transformation through HR Technology implementation in Indian Organizations. Does Indian firm's have displayed such impact ?

Even though your question is specific to the Indian context (whereas I'm from Nepal) I would like to emphasise that use of HR technology in transforming HRs in Nepalese organisations is still at an incipient stage; yet there's been some level of awareness towards this end.
