Hydrogen peroxide reacts with nitrite to form peroxynitrite, a common RNS. If you search for peroxynitrite in Pubmed you will find many papers describing this reactive compound.

you can get all oxygen and nitrogen free radicals by using H2O2. Any trace of transition metal (Fe, Cu, other) can make a Fenton type reaction e.g.

Fe(2+) + H2O2->Fe(3+) + OH• + OH-

then the following can take place, in addition to many other reactions with proteins, lipids etc.

•OH + H2O2 -> HO2• +H2O

HO2• is the acidic form of superoxide, O2•-

then either O2•- or H2O2 reacts with NO to give peroxynitrite, which in turn leads to NO2• etc.

Hydrogen peroxide itself is a ROS. If you want to increase cellular levels of ROS and RNS as a whole by a physiological oxidant it is OK but some advice must be considered such as the concentration of trace transition metals (which may largely influence the final results) as above stated by Chantal.

In addition consider also that H2O2 is metabolized ether by catalase or by glutathione peroxydase with the latter enzyme that yields glutathione disulfide that may trigger some particular signaling patways.

Having, different cells, different activities of these enzymes, this must be considered, together with H202 concentration used in that glutathione peroxidase detoxification prevails at low concentrations (GSHPx has a lower  kM for H2O2 that catalase).

Most of peroxynitrite in vivo is likely formed by superoxide and nitric oxide, reaction of nitrite with H2O2 is used for in vitro production of peroxinitrite under particular conditions.

Multiple studies discuss a positive induction loop (sometimes called a feed-forward ROS loop) between and among oxidases via ROS.  More to the point, low to mid micromolar hydrogen peroxide concentrations induce superoxide anion production via Nox1 activation in vascular smooth muscle cells.  I refer you to a recent paper by our group (Al Ghouleh et al., Card. Res., 2013) and others cited therein that support this phenomenon.
