I am solving a heat transfer problem. I have tow regions:one solid and other fluid.The fluid passes by the solid region. Both convection and conduction are involved. does fluent takes into account both phenomenon when coupled thermal condition is applied on interface?

Yes it takes into consideration all phenomenon.. you should just set the boundary conditions properly.
Yes, ANSYS solve the governing equation for each region and couples these equations at the interface.
I have to define reaction on solid fluid interface. All species must be defined fluid to be defined in a reaction according to fluent . So i defined both zones as fluid. will coupled condition still be obeyed in this case?
Have any one of you defined heterogeneous reaction through Arrhenius equation?
