Ver: Noise and Vibration Control Engineering: Principles and Applications or you can use Handbook of Noise and Vibration Control edited by Malcolm Crocker. Usually the main problem is to find noise data about your machine-for realistic calculations you need sound power level spectra that are not easy to obtain.
