Are there any adverse effect of cytokinin on in vitro shoot initiation or multiplication when given in high amount and if they have effect, what are the consequences?

High concentration of cytokinin produce callusing that adversely affect shoot initiation, multiplication and elongation. some time high amount cytokinin caused yellowish in leaves.
in some case, cytokinin make abnormality for ramet. early observe, flowering of ramet in the field will be more abnormal in oil palm and make mantel fruit or terminal flowering on rametry stage, but it still on observe to knowing relationship within hormone in every stage sub culture.
High cytokinin concentrations can lead to reduction in the number of shoots regenerated and also interfere with root induction
Cytokinin helps to develop plants early. on the one hand, it is useful for biotechnology but there is adverse effect for heredity of plants
Based on my own experiences, and what I am doing right now in tissue culture, CK can be very effective and cause favorite results, as long as you apply enough concentrations. But depending on the plant species, depending on the type of the CK you are applying, and depending on the stage you apply, it can have negative and reverse effects on your results.
My results will come out to the society in few months, hopefully.
Cytokinin helps in cytokinesis i.e it helps in cell division there by promoting shoot growth bit higher concentration results on reduction in the number of shoot produced
