Hello all,
I'm doing a co-culture in a multi-compartmentalized flat scaffold and I would like to know if the order that I insert my cells in this scaffold alters the cell signaling.
Basically I wonder to know if I put a specific cell up or down would modified paracrine responses.
Did anyone hear about it? Could you please give me some references?
