Does APC/C-ubiquitination take place in the cytoplasm or the nucleoplasm?

The proteasome locates in the cytoplasm, but some subunits of APC/C are in the nucleoplasm.

The proteasome is not only in the cytoplasm, it is also present in the nucleus. Look below for a full review of the nuclear degradation system.
