Does anyone use IPEC1 cell model doing transepithelial electrical resistance measurement?

I did several times mearsuring the TEER value of IPEC1 cell in the transwells. But the value just can't be consistent. I mean the value was unstable. so that it took me maybe 5 minutes for measuring a well. By the way, the values of differentiated IPEC1 were 9000-12000 ohm/ well. The well I used is 12 wells from Corning.

Hope there is somebody using this cell line and we can discuss about it.
