I saw different electrolyte solutions with different pH values for Mott Schottky Measurements in papers. Therefore, I wonder how to choose it? is there any standard or principle?
The pH values is very important factor to check the stability of reaction, material, sample... The use of different pH values in experiment is relative. However we need to be in range to maintain the quality of samples or reativity. In most study the range is from 4-7
Thank you. I just talk about Mott Schottky Measurements. I saw 0.1 M HCl as the electrolyte solution, or Na2SO4 ... So I wonder how to choose the electrolyte solution?
