Most of the offenders get away with minor penalties and often don't even get fired for it.

They have succeeded where the academicians had relented. They watch reactions of the academic community. It is sad that we do all work, invest all ourselves and these touts will steal it. They know that they are not above the constitution or law of any land and that they can't undo any patent law. They resort to hiding the authentic, authoritative and legal binding information while publishing their fake information. They manipulate the activities of inventors. Their era is over.
Let us all see what we can do to protect one another. We must fight as a family.
