I am using the QEEW questionnaire for my MSc in Occupational Psychology.
The book by van Veldhoven, der Laken and Dijkstra (2015, p. 69) states that "The QEEW proposes employee engagement to be constituted by an employee’s vigor and dedication as well as their proactivity. It then goes on to describe which subscales correlate with vigor and proactivity but I can't find any indication which subscale correlates with dedication. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
