I want to model a photovoltaic panel with a back plate, back cover, and back sheet. Therefore, I need specific heat capacity(Cp), density, and thermal conductivity of these layers for modeling. I attached the picture of my model to show the layers.
You know that solar panels are made from glass, eva, solar cells, eva and backsheet. Every layer has different physical properties. Besides, solar cells also divide some layers such as contact, emitter, base, back contact and optic layers. You want to model your system with high accuracy, you should collect all physical properties depending on temperature. I have some thermal properties of silicon, SiO2 and some other materials.
