Does anyone know the composition of CultureOne supplement (ThermoFischer) or an alternative?

Since there is a shortage of the CultureOne supplement (ThermoFischer), I am looking for alternatives. I tried differentiation of NSC into neurons without the supplement but that doesn't look great.

CultureOne composition must be a secret. May be N-2 or B-27 supplements could be useful. N-2 promotes growing of neuronal cell lines, may be could be fine with NSC.
