Try using this one it works well in my lab

Regeneration medium

To 800 ml of ddH2O, the following were added:

MS basal medium powder (Sigma, cat. no. M5519) 4.4 g

Sucrose 20.0 g

Then, pH 5.8 was adjusted with 1N KOH and the volume was completed to 1 L by ddH2O. Then, 2 g phytagel added and the medium was autoclaved. TDZ at the recommended concentration (0.2 mg/L) added when the medium cooled down to 45°C. Then, the medium was poured into sterile Petri dishes; 30 ml culture per dish.
