Hello,
We bought a Seahorse XF96 in 2012 and it has some technical problem. As many of you know Agilent took over Seahorse and since them there has been problem after problem with a very poor and expensive service. The company refuses to help with the repair, which I believe is not very difficult. The result is:
1. This apparatus is very, very expensive, something to be replaced every 10 years. I found this an abuse on the part of Agilent.
2. We are stuck in the middle of very important experiments. The only solution we get from the company is the offers for new apparatus.
So this is my question is there someone out there who could help us to repair this apparatus?
Thanks
