Does anyone know of hydrogen space propellants and their isotopes today?

If I'm not misinformed, hydrogen plus hydrogen isotope reactors have only been used in reactors to create power. My question is the following, do you know if there is any project that indicates if they can be used for propulsion in long-term space travel?
