Either fluorochrome conjugated or unconjugated antibodes, if available will be great.
Not familiar with the antibodies. But there are two famous Y chromosome specific antigens, Smcy and Uty. I have ever used CTL clones specific to male cells presenting Uty by H-2K(b). This CTL reaction can tell you which cells presnt more Uty. You can search the literature for these antigens to check whether antibodies are availabe.
