I'm trying to find an automated 5 diff analyser for the laboratory that can process both human and mouse samples. Does anyone have personal experience with this? I seem to be finding 5 diff human analysers that don't do mouse samples or 3 diff analysers that do both but I want the ability to perform a complete differential analysis particularly on the human samples.
