I work in developmental psychology, and my lab typically uses the Woodcock-Johnson tests for math achievement in person, but we are looking to move entirely to online testing during Covid. I am hoping to find a way to measure math achievement in elementary-aged kids online, i.e. they would be sent a link to take a test online, and either their results would be sent directly to us or they would save them and send them to us on their own. Does anyone know of a reliable brief online math achievement test out there? Ideally hoping for the 5-15min range.

Russian authors have interesting research on the topic of mathematical ability. V.N. Druzhinin has an article where he makes a good overview on this topic in the collection: Methods of psychological diagnostics. Issue 1. Ed. Druzhinina V.N. and Galkina T.The. Moscow, 1993. And there he offers the test of the Russian author (Gayshtut A. G. Mathematics in logical exercises. — Kiev. Radianska school. — 1985. — 192 p.). Research by V.N. Druzhinin is also described in his monograph "The Psychology of General Abilities". I would suggest you the problems of Gaishtut. There is a site "Gaishtut and his friends" (in Russian), where you will find a lot of interesting things.
And yet, as a specialist, I can say that the operation of analogy and the ability to operate with spatial abstract images (non-verbal thinking) is very important for mathematical abilities. I have an article on this topic (2008): "CAPACITY FOR RECREATING A VISUAL IMAGE ON TACTICAL PERCEPTION AND ITS OPERATION".
